Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
The terms that apply to using this website and to work performed by Fullerton Water Damage Pros.
Using this website
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information is general, not advice
The guides, service pages and area pages on this site are general information about water damage, restoration methods, building materials and insurance. They are not professional advice for your specific property, and they are not legal or insurance advice.
Every property is different. Nothing on this site should be relied on in place of an on-site inspection, and nothing here creates a professional relationship between us until you engage us and we agree a written scope of work.
Insurance information
Descriptions of what homeowners, flood or commercial policies typically cover are general summaries of common practice. Your own policy wording governs, coverage varies by carrier and by cause of loss, and only your insurer can make a coverage determination. We document losses so that determination can be made on evidence.
Estimates and pricing
We do not quote restoration work over the phone, because a legitimate estimate requires on-site moisture readings and an assessment of the affected materials. Any cost ranges published on this site are industry-wide figures given for orientation and are not an offer, a quotation or a price commitment.
Written estimates are provided after an on-site inspection. Scope may change if concealed damage is discovered once materials are opened, and any change will be documented and discussed with you before the work proceeds.
Response times
Our stated dispatch and arrival windows describe our normal operating standard. During widespread events such as a major storm, when many properties are affected simultaneously, response times may be longer. We will tell you the realistic arrival time for your address when you call rather than quoting a standard figure we cannot meet.
Work performed
Restoration work is carried out under a separate written agreement and scope of work signed before work begins. Where specialist trades are required — plumbing, roofing, electrical, structural or regulated-material abatement — those are performed by appropriately licensed contractors and are billed separately unless the written scope states otherwise.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics and photography, belongs to Fullerton Water Damage Pros unless otherwise stated. You may read, print and share it for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing it as your own is not permitted.
Third-party links
We link to third-party resources such as Google Maps and, where relevant, public agencies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Fullerton Water Damage Pros is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from work performed under a signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, California.
